The Symposium on April 24 held at the Texas A&M Harte Research Institute in Corpus Christi, and the previous day field trip to Mustang Island, April 23, was a real success again.  This was our fourth Symposium and we thank the Chairs, Chris Weber, Dr. Skip Davis, and Jace Tunnell.  We do thank our lunch sponsors for the Symposium on April 24, Naismith Marine Services (http://www.naismithmarine.com/) and HDR Engineering (http://www.hdrinc.com/).

Also, save the date for the next Texas ASBPA meeting on August 23 here in Galveston, a luncheon, at the Galveston Island Convention Center.  For the past four years we have tied in our meeting with the Galveston District U.S. Army Corp of Engineers partnering and collaborating forum meeting, which is the previous day.  More details about the meeting will be forthcoming but please save the date – August 23.
