Please find attached the notes compileed by our Secretary, Dan Heilman, on the Texas ASBPA Chapter meeting on August 23 at the Galveston Island Convention Center.  We thank again our speakers and especially the  Galveston District of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in our partnering and collaborating forum.  The meeting was a real success with close to 160 people attending.
