Attn:  Texas ASBPA Chapter

The next meeting of the Texas ASBPA Chapter will be August 8, a luncheon, at the Galveston Island Convention Center in Galveston, Texas.  The theme of the meeting will be partnering with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers of the Galveston District, which covers the entire Gulf coast of Texas.  We plan to have Colonel Rich Pannell, District Commander, open the meeting and we are inviting the section leaders to also address the group.

The Texas Chapter members have a lot of interaction with the Corp and the meeting will continue to foster and develop a true working relationship and in developing a solid partnership.

More details of the meeting will be forthcoming so please mark your calendar for Friday, August 8, to attend a great meeting with the Galveston District of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.

In addition, Galveston is a great tourist and historical area with lots of activities so do plan to stay the weekend.  Check out all the activities at: www.galveston.com
