December 5 Meeting:  Hope you have made plans to the next quarterly meeting for the Texas Chapter at the Stahlman Park Pavilion (see http://www.surfsidetx.org/default.aspx?name=city.parks_stahlman) in Surfside Beach.  The host will be the City of Surfside Beach and Brazoria County and the sponsor for the luncheon will be the Freeport LNG Development Corporation (see http://www.freeportlng.com/).  Robert Pate from Freeport LNG will have a presentation on the company and operation in Freeport.  Check the Surfside website: http://www.surfsidetx.org/ for places to stay and restaurants as well as recreational activities. 

See the agenda via this link to view what a great meeting we have planned for you.  This will also be our annual meeting and we will be voting on 7 Board members.  At all meetings of the members, each member shall be entitled to one vote.  A member can grant a proxy to another member to vote at the annual meeting.

New Board Members:  We are looking for Board members from the following counties and if you know of someone who would be interested in becoming a member of the ASBPA (if not already) and serving on the Board to please let me know.
