As you know the ASBPA Coastal Summit is taking place in Washington D.C. next week, February 24 – 26, 2015.  This is an opportunity for members to “walk the halls of Congress” to promote their legislative agenda.  Several of the Texas Chapter members plan to attend the Summit and John Lee, V.P. Upper Coast for the Chapter, has put together a lobby card to use and discuss when we visit the elected officials.  It includes the items discussed at the Surfside Beach meeting in Brazoria County the beginning of December, 2014, and suggested new items.
