External Project Review Board and Stakeholder
Partnering Virtual Forum

Dear Stakeholders and Partners,

The Galveston District (SWG) Summer 2020 External Project Review Board (EPRB) and Stakeholder Partnering Forum (SPF) is here, save your spot
today.  We look forward to your participation in the virtual networking, coalition building,
information exchange, and solution identification opportunities at these upcoming events, which will help us continually improve how we deliver Value to the Nation together in Texas on America’s Energy Coast!

The event will start 19 August 2020 as we hold our EPRB. This is a review of active District studies and projects, with an opportunity to receive information and interact on current status, issues, and management actions being advanced to deliver on commitments. Here, we acknowledge our valued Non-Federal Sponsors and invite them to comment on the progress of our partnered work.

The Bi-Annual SPF will be held on 20 August 2020. There will be early bird special topic seminars, followed by a series of plenary sessions. Participation is a great way to keep abreast of progress and next steps for the portfolio of Civil Works and Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 studies/projects at SWG across the Navigation, Flood Risk Management, and Ecosystem Restoration Business Lines.

These events will offer Professional Development Hours, which is a great way to earn credits needed for professional license renewal.  I have attached the draft agenda for the events, and additional documents will be uploaded in the days before the events to include the self-assessed PDH register. Once the self-assessment is filled out with your information, email it to Patricia Agee at Patricia Agee will
generate PDH certificates for emailing back to participants.  Please follow instructions on the sheet to receive credit.
